What is happening to our signs?

Over time, we as a family have been putting up signs with information on Slanz's case since October. Some of these signs have been plowed over, damaged, stolen... Where are they going? Why does somebody find this appropriate? It seems as though the ones intentionally taken down or destroyed are specifically in the Lake Ford Road area. If there is any information you may have regarding this situation or any ideas to ensure we can keep these signs up, it would all be appreciated.
