Killing living creatures for any reason other than providing food for your family is murder and I guess I have to say clearly you can't eat humans so shooting them is out of the question. For the record as well you Game Hunters that just shoot for trophy ESPECIALLY Gorgeous majestic lions and zebras etc. ( I know it's all part of the conservation now and I don't care) can suck rotten eggs and suffer salmonella for all

I care. If you do it, YOU'RE a PROBLEM and you make my life shit so I'm glad you enjoy being a dick. You don't care how I fell and I don't care how you feel but if we don't know how each other feels than we can't be mad. If the dumb shit that invites and inflames ISN'T goddamn said setting off a chain reaction than we will all be good.

Keep your feelings off of social media(I must point out the hypocrisy of what I'm saying here technically in social media but I have legit zero other platforms) and shut your stupid mouth because your opinion (and mine) is irrelevant. I'm not trying to change your mind, don't try to change mine. However, let's admit We are all jerks who love to make others uncomfortable with subtle insults. But, too many of us are getting shot so all need to wear complete head to toe bulletproof suits now because their are more guns and other weapons than there are fish in the sea. Also all our cars need to armored and bulletproof. It's going to be expensive but that's the only way we can leave our homes now without getting shot because human beings are now chemically induced mentally challenged ticking time bombs that love to shoot living things when they have a bad day or if they aren't careful enough.

Anyway, someone shot my husband and it's been over two years and I'm falling on deaf ears, it seems like no one gives a shit and it's looking like we might not get any solid conclusions. What a comfort having some sort of suspect within three days must be. I can only imagine that. Like I can only imagine we could do something about what quack crack morons get guns. Maybe they could be controlled like opioids. Wouldn't that be revolutionary.

But then humans will just start committing mass stabbing or some weirdness because again let's face it, humans are dumb. Plus, we all collectively on both sides of the spectrums vehemently hate anybody who tries to do anything about anything. And, we all have a goddamn cousin Bucky or a cousin Scott useless as tits in a bull droning on at all the holidays in a self righteous stupor. Let's report them when we know there going to kill a bunch of people because they're always talking about it first it never comes out of left field. It at least borders on seeming kind of predictable. Both sides are equally complicit. Shut up. I know I sound like a crazy hypocrite and I'm fat and ugly and stupid so don't bother telling me. Our newest grandchild will not know the joy of making memories with Slanz. It hurts so deeply, like a cracked rib it is difficult to take a breath. You want to hide your pain from everyone but it is written on your face. My son asked me "mom, what's wrong you look so sad?" "Well, Junior I'm sad" "why?"

"My life sucks now" and then the tears cannot be contained. I don't understand why anyone doesn't know exactly what I'm thinking and feeling. It is simple. Who killed my husband? When will they confess? "Do I keep going on? "Will I ever truly care about life again?""Do I become a vigilante and exact justice on those I believe responsible?" "If I lose my mind and lose my soul then we can never be reunited in heaven." I feel guilt for being so jaded but I do not believe I will ever be anything but sad and crying and it is unbearable. I can stand to be alone, it's not loneliness. I just can't be without Slanz because he is what made life good for me. I'm certain that having this mentality is disrespectful to God so I will just have to say sorry. I'm working on it. Please pray for justice. That would bring me some small decimal of ......

Not sure what word works here not joy, not peace, not happiness, not even justice itself is enough. But, I'm praying it's the start and I'm praying it's soon.

I only think about Slanz and who could have shot him. Honestly little else matters to me. Life without Slanz is sad and empty. Seems pointless to live. Knowing I cannot further traumatize anyone by departing is what keeps me here. Slanz' family is the most wonderful support system and I am so grateful for them and my children, grandchildren and dogs. Without them, I would surely give up. Still, it brings misery to others to see me sad and always quiet whereas once upon a time I would not shut up. I am mentally stuck in the room where we watched our donation hero bloat over the course of fours days while they struggled with logistics to auction off his kidney and corneas. He was pronounced brain dead at 10:21 pm 8/21/23 but for the surgery to recover his "usable" parts. Four days of endless tests and all I can think is, "what if none of his organs are healthy?, then this is simply purposeless torture. Thank God he helped two persons in the program.

The Police Investigation has been way too little too late , our hopes is dwindling as time ticks slow and we are grasping at straws to find anyone agency to take over and do s proper thorough investigation with qualified officers adept at working homicide. I had thought it was dark and that is why the didn't see he bullet hole in the window, however a time stamped photo at 8:16pm by a woman whom had been run off the road into a ditch by a man driving frenzied man near where Slanz was shot the sky is fairly well lit. This white dark haired man with a beard man driving driving a late model brownish maroonish with that faux wood panel stripe down its side has not been located, he did not stop after forcing her off the road. The 911 call was made at 8:12pm, Slanz was alive and talking, how could that bullet hole in the window not have been noticed immediately? What evidence makes them believe this was accidental? Needless to say I have more questions than answers and the Garrett Co Sheriff's Dept. have zero answers to nearly every question we ask. I'm livid and do not know what to do. I've called endless lawyers to try to navigate this nightmare and help keep pressure on investigators but unless they smell the money in a case they do not care,FBI and State Police say GC has to ask them to take over and they refuse. There is no Cold Case Unit-so essentially it will never be a closed case yet it already seems to me like a cold case. GC will not share file with any private investigator although my desired PI happens to be a retired trooper that Captain Zimmerman knows personally. County Commisuoner-dead end. Police accountability board- has not even responded. Attorney General would only get involved if police caused Slanz' death. Everyone passed the buck and no one seems to care. Meanwhile, someone knows something and I'm gonna don't stop never stopping until I get them. They owe us a life debt. They will Confess. They should repent. They must pay penance. They can be forgiven. God loves Slanz and is angry. He will not let this go unchecked. Our family is a united Front for this amazing man and we will not be worn down. If you read this,Do yourself the great favor of bearing your soul and accept your punishment. I miss Slanz so much that words cannot quantify. His goodness cannot be put into words. This Easter without Slanz brings no peace within our hearts as we still have no justice and to add sadness our beloved Pope has passed. I pray it is not the end of his era of being a true Christian in his love of the meek and the poor. May we all be inspired by his love.

There is still a human or humans at large that are responsible for a murder. They go on each day with no concern for how they have impacted the lives of our family. How could a person do such a thing and not come forward. Anyone with good conscience would be eaten away with guilt each night as they lay sleepless. Surely their black heart would shrivel up and die of shame at the abundance of pain they gave single handed brought forth into our world. God does not allow these things to go unchecked. We will not allow these things to go unchecked. My purpose now until my last breath is justice for a hero of good heart and soul who could even forgive the aggressor that caused such grief for his family. I hope for that same forgiveness, I will fake it until I make it, I will even pay the reward to the guilty person who turns themselves in. It can be incentive for doing the right thing. As time ticks on it speaks to the level of depravity threat permeates this monsters soul. Do yourself an Easter Favor, give our family an Easter blessing and turn yourself in if you are responsible. Free yourself, Repent. Atone. Let us heal.

This Mother's Day I am hopeful that we are closer to accountability for Slanz. While it is too difficult to put into words being a widow, my thoughts are with my mother in law this day. How do you celebrate A day dedicated to mothers when your first born has been murdered. My prayer is that whomever birthed his murderer speaks love and truth into this violators heart. That the mothers love is enough to compel this person into confession. Each day that you do not speak the truth is more evidence of a vile loathsome soulless being not worthy of redemption. The only freedom for you is confession. Free your soul. Confess. Repent. Be forgiven. There is no other option. Avoid eternal damnation. Give our family the peace we deserve so that we can move on.
